AMS Planning needed to identify 50 optimal housing sites in Manchester County, keeping more than 30 essential factors like conservation areas, greenbelts, and regulatory compliance under consideration. To tackle this challenge, we provided targeted GIS support by gathering, analyzing, and layering all parameters to evaluate site suitability. Through location based GIS analysis, we pinpointed the best locations, carefully mapped within planning and appeal standards. The final output delivered AMS Planning clear and precise boundaries for each ideal site, assisting them move forward in their development process while respecting community needs and planning regulations.
